Professional Events, at Economy Prices.

 

Seminars, meetings and conferences are a necessary part of your business networking and development. We often find that our clients struggle to find suitable space, available staff and the organisational time that are required to make these events successful. Most businesses are not getting the results they need from private business engagements or public and promotional events. Sydney Video Conference Centre has designed a simple and cost-effective service to help you to achieve more. Whether a last-minute meeting for two or a five day team-building exercise, we can organise it for you at an economical and accessible package rate.

The ‘Business Class’ service

  • You will have access to a facility where it suits you. Choose from our range of locations across Sydney
  • We can meet your audio-visual needs, providing any conferencing or data equipment you may require and technical support where necessary
  • Includes catering and refreshments to suit your taste
  • We will also organise any office support that you need. This includes access to printing, fax, photocopying and any administration assistance you may require.
  • No fixed contracts or commitments. You will have the ability to access a room in a hurry (subject to availability) or the opportunity to benefit from a long term arrangement with SVCC. Rooms can be booked for the hour, half day or full day

This service is designed to be flexible to your needs. We are able to combine a huge network of external business services with our own professional capacities to help us provide for your meeting or event, whether it is for two people or two hundred.

 

If you work in the Sydney CBD and simply need a meeting room for an hour, give us a call and, with complimentary refreshments, you can put those crowded coffee-shops behind you.

 

If, however, you need to organise a larger event, SVCC can arrange:

 

  • Accommodation and transport where necessary for attendees
  • A professional location and room suited to your particular needs
  • Service staff to meet and greet, provide name badges and assist with event administration and catering
  • Promotion of the event if necessary and follow-up phone calls to help you assess the effectiveness of the event
