Technical support is available for all video conferencing and included in above costs. With more complicated setups, technical support is charged at $80.00 per hour (this depends on client requirements and covers items such as client requesting Technician throughout the conference or complex PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
There is a Reception service from 8.30am to 6.00pm and voicemail/call diversion to mobile after hours.

To explain the speed ratio: The 384 kbps speed runs on 6 ISDN channels which delivers the best picture and sound. The 128 kbps speed runs on 2 ISDN channels which offer adequate resolution at reduced cost. This speed is very popular for interview situations.
